SimplyReplied

Privacy policy

Last updated 8 November 2026. This policy covers the SimplyReplied website at simplyreplied.com.

Who we are

SimplyReplied is operated by Amir Harandi, who is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact info@simplyreplied.com with privacy questions or requests.

What this website collects today

This is an informational website. It has no account registration, Google account connection, response drafting, payment collection, or review publishing.

  • When you contact us: we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to send. We use this to respond and manage your enquiry.
  • When you visit: our hosting provider may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website and maintain security.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set application cookies or use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or embedded third-party content. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, and technical information to deliver, maintain, and protect the website. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, these purposes rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us and operating a secure website.

Service providers and sharing

Website hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver those services. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Google Business Profile features

The Google integration is not enabled, and this website does not currently request Google permissions, access Business Profiles, or import reviews.

The planned service will let authorised business owners connect their profiles, read reviews, draft responses, and publish replies they approve. Before enabling those features, we will update this policy and the in-product disclosures with the actual data accessed, service providers, storage periods, security measures, and disconnect and deletion controls.

Any future access to Google user data must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements, and the Business Profile API policies.

Retention and security

We retain enquiries only for as long as needed to respond, handle follow-up, and meet legal obligations. Technical log retention is determined by the hosting service and its operational needs. We use access controls and appropriate security measures, but no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us about information we hold about you, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@simplyreplied.com. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict processing, or receive your data in a portable form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You may complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice where required before introducing new uses of personal information.
